We have heard your request for blogs in other languages. As a first step, today Dell is launching Direct2Dell Chinese (www.direct2dell.com/chinese), Dell’s corporate blog in Chinese. Chinese is one of the most common languages in blog posts. One fifth of the world’s population speaks some forms of Chinese as their first language. We hope the new blog will become a channel for us to listen to you and deliver better a customer experience. The Direct2Dell Chinese blog is designed for customers who prefer to communicate with Dell in Chinese. Therefore, content wise, it will focus on Dell’s operations in China and other major Chinese-speaking countries in the world and address the hottest topics of interest to consumers in these areas.
