I was very impressed with the VM/ETC blog.  This post has great stuff about embedded hypervisors. The fact is, this is the sort of thing we should have covered in our virtualization announcement this week, but didn't.   Thanks for posting, Rich.

I love the XPS M1330 and am jealous because I don't have one.  There is a new  BIOS update for it that addresses a temporary system hang when the optical drive door is opened. 

For you sysadmins, our TechCenter has an article with sample scripts showing how BIOS updates can be managed with Microsoft's SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).  We're not perfect, but we are trying to make your lives easier.   Here is the FTP site where you can download the file "m1330a10.exe" : ftp://ftp.dell.com/bios/

Todd Muirhead in the TechCenter is a tech stud. Geekstud. U know? We were talking this AM and he said he thought we soft pedaled the R805 server in yesterday's Big V announcement. Says its the first server designed specifically for virtualization applications.
